As you may be aware, recent US federal legislation concerning email communications known as the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003,
entered into effect on January 1, 2004. The Act can be found in its entirety at:

We, at Cashfiesta.com, view the passage of the CAN-SPAM Act as a positive development that will prevent activities,
which threaten e-mail marketing as a legitimate marketing tool.
All provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act are now part of the Cashfiesta.com Member Agreement.
As a Cashfiesta.com member, you acknowledge that all e-mails sent by you to promote the Cashfiesta.com services will,
in all respects, comply with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act of 2003.
You agree to fully and completely indemnify Cashfiesta.com, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates,
for all damages arising from your breach of any of the obligations set forth in the CAN-SPAM Act. Upon notice from Cashfiesta.com
to you requesting that you terminate e-mail solicitations, you shall immediately stop sending any e-mail solicitations
promoting the Cashfiesta.com service.
You also acknowledge and agree that you will use brokers or third parties to deliver e-mails promoting the Cashfiesta.com
services only if each one of them acts in compliance with the terms of the CAN-SPAM Act, agrees to fully and completely indemnify
you and Cashfiesta.com, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, for all damages arising from their
breach of any of the obligations set forth in the CAN-SPAM Act and you have the ability to terminate distribution with or procurement
by any such third party on not more than 24 hours notice. You shall be solely responsible for any breach of these obligations by
any such third party.
For your convenience we have summarized the most notable guidelines of the CAN-SPAM Act below.
No Misleading Headers or Other Masking of Email Origin - An email may not include falsification of header information, false registrations for email accounts or IP addresses used in connection with email ads, and retransmissions of an email ad for the purpose of concealing its origin. Relay or retransmission of emails from a computer or computer network accessed without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Subject lines may not be false or misleading - Such that it would likely mislead a reasonable recipient as to the contents or subject matter of the message.
Email Ads Must Contain Clear Identification - Messages containing advertisements or solicitations must identify itself as such, and do so by "clear and conspicuous" means. For example by stating in the message body "This advertisement is brought to you by (Your Company)" Further, the sender must identify itself as the initiator and sender of the email including company name, email and physical address.
Effective Method of Opting Out of Future Mailings - Senders of commercial emails covered by the Act must give recipients an effective means of requesting not to receive future email ads from that sender. At a minimum, the sender must give the recipient the ability to send a reply message to unsubscribe, opt out via postal letter, and provide a functional unsubcribe link that must remain in operation for 30 days from the date of the original email transmission.
All unsubscribe requests must be adhered to within 10 business from their receipt. You may not sell or Transfer an Email Address once someone has opted out of receiving future communications.
No Random or Invalid Generation of Email Addresses - You are responsible for knowing the source of your email list. Email addresses may not be obtained by the use of a program for random generation of email addresses, and/or "scraping" web sites or online services. You must have full opt-in data for all recipients in your database.
